What We're Looking For & What You Can Expect

Requirements

  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Virginia

  • SLPs: willingness to be trained in myofunctional therapy

  • Neuroaffirming approach and commitment to family-centered care

  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset

  • Interest in developing new skills and contributing to our clinic’s continued growth

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy sessions in our Mechanicsville clinic

  • Collaborate with our team, families, and referral partners as needed

  • Document sessions and maintain up-to-date progress reports

  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and continuing education

  • Support carryover strategies for families and caregivers
